    Re: Galaxy S7 Can't download apps or use some currently installed apps over wifi. I had the same problem, Galaxy 7 with Tmobile, can't access Google play or stream Pandora. I turned on the ipv6 on Dlink router, tunnelling 6to4 address. That fixed the problem. Good luck.
