I actually recieved it the beginning of April.

I have a Sprint sim and I'm on the April 1 security patch. I'm in NC.

I also have Sprint and a Note 20 Ultra. I've gotten all the updates so far. I'm on the April 1 security update.

I'm on Sprint and I have to answer with pressing on the button and swiping it left or right to either answer it or send it to voicemail.

I have Sprint and mine came with the proper ear buds.

Nevermind. I figured it out.

How do you do that? I've installed good lock and then uninstalled it. I'm missing several icons.

It took about 48 hours for mine. I just kept checking my status in the shop Samsung app.

Yeah, it was hairy for a day or two. The phone wouldn't acknowledge smart switch from my computer, but the computer acknowledged the phone. It wouldn't stay in safe mode either. Sprint thinks it was a bad update.

No. I couldn't fix it so I brought in Sprint. They did everything I did and couldn't fix it. Ended up having to factory data reset it. How do you lock the home screen? This was on the first screen before the phone is opened to the home screen.

Just an update. Problem fixed. Had to do the dreaded FDR.
