Sure wish the media would stop referring to android versions by Google's cutesy names that don't appear anywhere on the phones. It would be much more clear to use version numbers that could be matched to the phone's software listing. Or maybe I'm just being cranky today. :)

Using Go SMS Pro. When I touch the generic "head" icon in upper right, the contact is shown as blocked. So I touch the Block setting and it switches to Unblocked. But it keeps switching back to Blocked, and I see no way to Save the revised setting. Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't see any way to download movies to the SD card rather than internal memory. Amazon says their Fire tablet allows this, can anyone confirm? Seems to me that SD cards on android tablets are almost useless, since very few apps can be installed there.

The default resolution is 3264x2448. But I never print photos - only use them in email attachments or posting online. Is there any reason to use a resolution higher than the minimum (640x480)? At the default setting, photos average about 8mb. I don't know how Google Photos' compression works...

Phone went to shutdown overnight, battery completely drained. Usage shows 47% internet, 6 hours CPU. Can't figure out why there would be any internet usage - Google Play auto updates turned off, 3G is off, phone was off all night. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for this suggestion, but I don't think it will help in my case. I'm running only wifi - mobile data is turned off. Total data shown for Google Services is 20k (Google Play Services does not appear)

Phone recently purchased from PagePlus. Going from full charge to shutdown in about 12 hours of zero use. Battery usage graph shows 96% Google Play services. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling updates, no change. Any ideas? Thanks!

When using ADM to track a device, it helps to auto-reload the browser tab every few minutes. But when the tab reloads, ADM often switches to a different device. Is there some way to make the original device "sticky" so I don't have to keep switching back to the correct device every time the tab...

When I add a contact, it defaults to SIM card, have to use the drop-down box to change to Google. How do I change the default to Google instead of SIM card? Thanks! ...Steve

Thanks Madd. The Camera folder under DCIM contains only a few of the approx 4,000 photos in the gallery. Just realized I need to tap Camera again and go to ext SD card to get the rest. But now I don't see any way to move a pic from there to a folder contained in internal memory. Do I need to...
