Having the same problem with my new LG V20. Everything is updated and I can receive them from friends, but I am missing the newer sets of emojis (upside down face, eye roll, middle finger, etc.) on my keyboards. I use the swype keyboard, but switching to Google or LG keyboards has the same emoji...
