I can second that with the two Nexus 4 I have (the first and its replacement for earpiece buzz). Its extremely loud. Is there any ticket on Google Code?

I just spoke with a German Google Rep. Here in Germany its 21 days to return your defective device. I have the same problem and they can't say, when I'll recieve my replacement. The return window will start as soon as the device ships.

I have this buzzing noise on my earpiece. It's even buzzing after I hang up. I therefor requested a replacement. I didn't had that on my old phone, why should I tolerate it on a brand new device?

You should read the E-Mail you recieved from them. Google will send you the shipping label with your replacement phone.

Why did you order a replacement? Really annoying sounds out of the earpeace, even if there is no phonecall. Even for such a "cheap" device, that is not okay. I don't even hear a hint of any crackling on my tri-band Nokia 3600s Did you received the replacement? No, I just recieved my original N4...

I just recievd my N4. That really was quick. I still can not see any info on the DHL Tracking Number they gave me. Happy I finally got it. I wish all the people luck, that still don't have theirs.

Nope, I made the order yesterday. Even though I think that is fast. But we'll see if it gets here in time. Not like in the U.S. where pakets are just lost in limbo.

I've read on n4checker.com disqus board, that the device will be available in Germany as well, can anyone second that?

I'm in for the Nexus 4, probably can't use the 10$ though.
