If you pop into Settings | Lock Screen | Lock Screen Options, you'll see an option that says "Weather." Just set it to On and tap on it to set the (very minimal) options, and you should be all set. (Just be warned: the weather won't display with certain types of security enabled.)

I'm on A18 and ready to try 19...can I dirty flash this, or do I need to start from a full wipe?
