    Galaxy Note 3: Brightness bar disappeared from notification panel?

    Don't download any apps, that would be stupid, I found the hidden scroll brightness bar like this: go to SETTINGS-DEVICE-NOTIFICATION PANEL- BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT check the box, and All Done !
