HOW can I find out what's "really" taking up all of my internal memory? The math does not add up. I've deleted all of the apps that I know I don't need/want, yet my internal memory is crazy full. And why does the "system" need 9.97GB to operate??? I have a Samsung A12, 32GB of internal memory...

Why is half my RAM being used when no apps are running; plus used RAM often goes "up" after I go in and clear out the cache of all the apps... I have 3GB of RAM and can never seem to get it below 1.3 being used. I have a brand new Samsung A12 and hardly anything loaded to it except for one game...

My Samsung A12 got the most recent update yesterday and now my Bose BT earbuds wig-out and drop the signal if I walk more than 10 feet away from my phone. Before the update they worked like a champ and I could walk up to 100 feet away before the signal even started to get weak... Any ideas what...

My Samsung A12 does the screen timeout after 3 minutes even though I set it to 10 minutes or even 30 minutes. I also engaged 'developer options' and turned on the "never sleep' button; it still times out after 3 minutes. And 'Yes', I did newest update for Android 11... and 'Yes' this happens...
