I got the update a while back, and the only issue I've had has been with the Samsung keyboard, which 1) forgot all my commonly used words and 2) now consistently fails to understand things it used to do fine with, when swiping. I used to like the keyboard, though I know a lot of people hate it...

I'm pretty doubtful of it's accuracy. I turned mine off because it was congratulating me on climbing floors when I hadn't gone near a staircase in days. Very much the opposite of the problem you were having, but still a sign of inaccuracy.

Same here. It's been running slow since the update, and I finally got annoyed enough to try to find out if anyone has suggestions on how to fix it. I'll post back here if I find anything, hope you'll all do the same.

I've started putting my watch into do not disturb when I reboot my phone or leave bt range on purpose. It at least stops the watch from going nuts for a couple of minutes, but doesn't really did anything about the new "unread" messages

I haven't checked it since the update, but mine used to do the opposite: counting floors when I hadn't moved at all. I got the impression that it wasn't the most accurate sensor.

When I switched to the note 8 this week I tried running restore two or 3 times, and it kept hanging and not completing the process. I eventually decided to skip the restore and figured I'd just be downloading everything over again, when it finally finished establishing the connection to the note...

The thing is I never have a problem getting it to read, either my phone or my watch, it reads and processes it, and then the cashier tells me it was declined.
