Works awesome on Windows desktops, doesn't make sense on a phone.

I had a similar problem with ESfile and set the tv to scan everything and that scaled it to fit. You should have it in your TV video settings

The only thing you could do is confirm the power supply is not defective. Failing that you'd have to get a replacement. I have one and they seem built very well and have heard of the odd one being defective, but not that many.

Call google and get a replacement, they have excellent customer service. It's obviously defective.

If you are talking about a browser in the nexus player, you really need a mouse. Chrome will work, but without a mouse you cannot navigate once you get to a web page. I have chrome with the nexus player connected via a wireless mouse and it works fine.

I am not sure if you use Kodi, but I have found if you leave Kodi running and turn the TV off, when you turn the tv back on the nexus player will be where you left it
