I can say it is not the Facebook apps. I uninstalled all apps associated with FB and it still does it. Im at my wits end.

Ever since I was forced to update to 5.0.1 (thanks Verizon) I keep getting "com.android.phone has stopped" which severs my connection with my Bluetooth in my car. The Bluetooth logo goes away on the phone and I have to re-set it. But I still get texts and calls on the phone just not through my...

So it looks like the re-set did not fix the problem. I guess its off to the Verizon store when she gets a free moment.

Early reports are in and so far it looks like the re-set worked for the time issue. It did not fix some of the other issues but at least its a small victory...

Whats even funnier is that I work in Livonia and my wife works in a Hotel in Birmingham. But I can say I have not had any issues when I am in Livonia. I am going to do a re-set on her phone tonight and see if that solves all her issues with the new android OS.

Thats odd...were in the northwest suburbs of Detroit. But she has had the same issue at work and at home so i doubt its the tower since i have not had an issue with my phone. Hey small world...

Yeah i will. I dont know when we will get a chance to make it to the Verizon store. I'm thinking of doing a re-set. Now it wont keep the proper time. She is telling me that the time is changing plus or minus an hour throughout the day. I was on ATT with a Samsung Note 2 and never had a problem...

The next day she has off she is going to go to the Verizon store and see what she can get out of them. The funny thing is I got a notification saying there is an update to Lollipop...I was given the option to deny and I took it LOL.

Yup...i tried all that and it still does it. the only other thing i can think of is it might have something do to with the browser...but i think that's a long shot at this point.

the only thing i see is the Wi-Fi notifications and allow Wi-Fi scanning. Maybe that will stop it. Like i said earlier it still auto logs into the home network so i dont think the notifications and scanning is needed. Ill give that a shot and see what happens.

Yeah sorry to say that did not work...she says she is still getting the pop-up all the time...i'm at a loss...the only other thing i can think of is to reset the phone to its original state before the update and see what happens.
