. Took mine into PC World (UK) on Feb 15 and they forgot to send it to Asus! Finally arrived at Asus on Feb 24 and I got it back on March 7. Apparently it had to go to the repair centre in the Netherlands so that added a few days in travelling time. Hope you get yours back soon.

Hi Chronix, I had the same fault. My Nexus was only 6 weeks old when exactly the same thing happened. I returned it to PC World (I'm in the UK) and it has taken just 10 days to have it fixed. Glad you got yours fixed.
