Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 Keeps Resetting to Factory Reset Ok. I think I solved it. Powered down, removed OtterBox Defendet case. Restarted. Ringtone works normally. Powered down. Re-installed case. Powered up. All is normal. Have no idea why.
