    Dont know about N9005 but on SM-N900V it must be enabled first by using a root explorer to change /efs/carrier/HiddenMenu from OFF to ON before the codes will work in the dialer

    Good luck taking an OTA then if you ever wanted to.. the updater script will fail when it sees the apps uninstalled that's why I dont get rid of the system apps and just freeze or work around them if I ever to want to take an update.. youll either have to reinstall the app or odin back to...

    2.38 is whats available I've got most of the junk disabled and when I use the built in Task manager to clear the ram it usually ends up at about 700MB then will settle out around 1.2-1.3GB on mine

    To view what band Enter ServiceMenu, Protocol State > Basic Information .. it shows on the first line. Only way to root MJ7 currently is Kingo root. Google it

    Thru ServiceMode, UE setting > Settings > Protocol > NAS > Network Control > Band Selection > LTE Preference > B4. Do this at your own risk. When band 4 is forced it is Data only, No voice. To switch back to automatic do the same thing, but choose Automatic instead of LTE Band Preference.
