Just spent a hour here and on XDA looking for anyone who ordered both the tablet and case and had them shipped, but it looks like everyone who received a shipping confirmation email ordered only a tablet. :-\

Hah, I did the same thing last night. I sold my iPad 2 to get the Galaxy Tab, and was disappointed to find that the Tab was a few cm too long to fit into my old incase sleeve. It provides plenty of padding, and at $30, doesn't break the bank.
