Alcatel Onetouch A571VL

For almost a week now whenever I use my phone or play a video, the screen goes black, goes back to the lockscreen, and resets the wallpaper to the default stock wallpaper. It hasn't done this for a month and started doing this again recently. It does it pretty much every minute I use my phone...

I solved the problem! :)

I tried pressing the restart or power off but it doesn't do anything :(

Today I used my phone like normal, and I was playing a game. Then out of nowhere I was going to press a button on the game when my touch screen wasn't responding. So I tried and tried again to press it but nothing happened. So I tried pressing the power button and all it did was turn the screen...

Thanks! The removing and adding the account back worked.

After I go to the settings from the google app, I press ok google from any screen. Then a message pops up with an option of cancel or yes I'm in. When I press yes I'm in it shows the message.

I tried wiping the cache, it still shows the same error message.

Model number: A571VL I'm not sure what the model name is

I forgot to log in here. Sorry! Anyways, it does persist after a reboot and my phone is an Alcatel onetouch.
