I did that first. My watch is saying a factory reset is needed because its disconnected from the network. I tried to re pair it and the phone can not be found. Also the option to factory reset is not available.

I just upgraded to the note and when trying to connect by USB to my computer in Windows 10 I get the following error Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware. Is there something I am doing wrong? TYIA
