What if it says "Not enough space left" ... ? What do I do then?

I asked a rep about this yesterday and told me that even though it says order now and not pre order it still won't ship till the 11th. Right around the same time I got a text telling me my phone will be here tomorrow. Reps are rarely in the know for some reason..

Last night after my phone fully charged i noticed the search engine for google implanted to the top of my screen. When i go to menu my themes are no longer there. When i also go to home settings, nothing is there. Everything just vanished. Id post pics but im not quite sure how to. Any help...
