All the application caches have been cleared out. I dont use Textra. I realize that the formatted capacity of a storage card is less than the specified amount. However, if the internal storage is 16GB, I would expect the formatted capacity to be around 14GB, not 10 or 11.

The J7V comes with 16GB internal storage. It complains of being down to about 733MB free space. The Storage settings shows 14.6GB for Other Files. What is strange is that using a tool like Disk Usage or Drives only shows 10.5GB of space, of which the OS appears to be taking 8.4GB. Any...
