    Yes everything is ok. On another phone it's ok. I have tried different SIMs from different carrier but still have the same issue

    I am Unable to use 3G or 4G services on my TCL 30XL, the network is stuck to "Edge". My preferred network type is set to automatic. I have also tried to use *#*#4636#*#* but the screen doesn't appear. Please I need a solution.
