Good news/bad news. Got my Spigen Slim and Soft case today. Good news is the finger print scanner works just fine, bad news is I hate the case. Looks cheap, ugly and does not feel good in my hand. Glass screen protector comes tomorrow, think I am just running with that.

Might be a setting, mine will brighten when I pick the phone up, but it does take a second or two.

I had the same problem too, and reading about it seems many others do to across a wide variety of phones. Check out the sync.me app, it worked great and got all the contact data synced.

Might be more of a finger orientation issue...I can unlock mine without touching the SS sides. Got a Spigen "ultra thin" case from Amazon, gets here Thursday so I will report back then.

The V10 has a 5x5 grid standard. :)

Pick the phone up...the second screen either uses motion or face recognition and brightens up so it is readable...although they should change the delay for that to happen. I am loving the second screen...way better than an indicator light. And very functional when the rest of the phone is on.
