I had to repeat the steps a couple times but it does stay off after a few. My battery seems to drop off fast yet. Where in the play store do you look for the possible update or fix?

If I turn the wi-fi back on the pop up message comes back. DON'T TURN ON THE WI-FI!!!

Still no pop ups. I believe its fixed for me. I'm leaving the wi fi off. That seems to have made the difference for me

It may have been resolved. I may have posted too early saying these steps we're not working. It hasn't popped up since I posted the last post.

I'm beginning to think I'm going to have to wait it out. The frequency of how often it pops up changes from time to time and I keep thinking I fixed it but it eventually pops up again. Has anyone who's claimed they fixed it with any of these steps staying fixed?

It didn't stop. One thing I'm noticing is after I clear the data when I navigate away.. Not close the window or anything then go back to the clear data page there is data there already

Everyone keeps trying different things and I don't think anything is working permanently. Anyone do something that worked permanently? Or those people gone now because it's no longer an issue for them?

I had it pop up once now but only once in past 20 minutes. Seems like it's getting less. Edit: popped up twice as i typed this but definitely not As frequent as it was..

I haven't had it pop up for awhile now and I didn't do anything but wait. Will update if it comes back

I have an Aristo 4plus and have been getting this pop-up all day as well I tried the: apps/notifications - App info - three dots - show system - com-lge-ims-rcs-provider - storage - clear data "fix" And It is still happening. Is there something I missed?? Edit: I am on Metro pcs T mobile as well
