Yes sir, sounds like you have the same problem. I have been through all the settings and cannot find where to change back to the dual speakers

I also have a 4th option for volume control that wasn't there before -- a phone icon. In the sound setup, it isn't even there. All audio is coming through the ear speaker. Also, the phone isn't working correctly with my bluetooth in my car anymore. The phone will not let me listen to radio...
