Restoring apps can cause force close issues good luck!

Boot into recovery and wipe data and cache, this will remove all your apps and customization's (you'll need to re flash the AIO)

you could also try a factory reset of cyanogenmod.

You shouldn't lose apps or anything, you'll just have your calls,txts, and voicemails split between your two devices.
