OP here, I managed to get out but I can't seem to install 5.0, it keeps failing

So my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 just arrived today. An hour with this thing and I was happy, sound and screen felt nice and so did the feel. Youtube videos worked. lo and behold flash is not supported, which imo sucks. Is there anyway/work around I can use to watch movies and TV shows? Netflix...
