Yes the camera app. Here is some new info. I plugged in another S8 phone and the videos are there. No clue as to why I dont see them on the 1st phone. I can use bluetooth but with the size of the files it will take forever. Absolutely stumped about this.

I am transferring them manually. When I open up the phone on the laptop the dcim folder is there with all pics, no videos. I have had the galaxy S3, S5, and now the S8. This is the 1st time I have had this issue. I do not have an SD card. Just trying to save photos and vids for the wife.

The s8 is transferring to windows 7. I open the phone icon on the laptop, open DCIM and all photos are there but no videos. Cannot figure a way for them to show up. Thanks.

USB connection transferring pic/vids from S8 to laptop. Only pictures showing up on laptop.
