Here's the deal: The top-right tiny clock is completely stuck, and it says 10:44am no matter what, but even the home screen (the lock screen, before you unlock your phone) clock is correct. The two don't match. Yes, it is as hilarious and sad as it sounds. It is definitely a UI being stuck...
