I actually ditched my ST number and got a new one with AIO wireless. I moved cities and thought it'd be good to have a number that was more 'local'. Kept my google voice number in the old area code, so I've got options.

This may or may not fix your issue with messages while on WiFi, but make sure your WiFi advanced setting has the Wi-Fi optimization unchecked.

Did you change your APN to the configuration above? The model number you listed matches what I just installed recently on my N5 and with the APN listed in this thread, I have LTE data.

Maybe those reviewers have a different definition of trickle charge. My TYLT will stop charging once the phone hits 100%, and then occasionally start charging again if I leave the phone on the charger. My battery graph when sampled every 10 minutes just looks like it stays at 100% from the time...

How much would the AT&T plan be for you? I've got straighttalk AT&T for $45/month and that has a 2.5GB cap on high speed data. If you don't need more than 2.5GB, it's a hard price to beat.

Ease of use. No fumbling with the cord to determine which side is up. No wearing down of the microUSB jack. People are more likely to charge their phone at any moment that they can if they can just drop it on a wireless charger and it's good to go. Your mobility case is definitely one downside.

After testing a bunch today, I have found that my phone will make the wireless charging noise if the battery level is under 95%. At 95-100%, it starts charging without making the notification sound. This makes sense in that the wireless charger will stop charging once the phone hits 99-100%...
