I also have a GS4 for about a week and I have a Belkin N1 Vision that has DRAFT N and I have these random drop outs, the apps will say "unable to connect - RETRY" and sometimes I hit retry and nothing happens I have to turn off wireless and turn back on and it works. I have tried everything...
