My Moto voice app not responding to "Okay Google Now". Tried to enter into the app to reset the trigger command, but the "Voice" button isn't working, The other 3 buttons work, and the "Voice" button changes background just like it would when touched, but doesn't go to another page to change...

Issues 1: The phone powers off at random times whenever the battery gets below 40%---sometimes at 40%, other times it will wait until it gets down to 5%. Sometimes I get the low battery warning and can plug-in before it shuts down, other times it just shutdown with zero warning. Main Issue...
