Hi there i have tried taking my phone case off and nothing has changed. When i have my phone switched on and i plug the charger in, my battery goes down. So i turned it off and charge it that way, lately it hasn't been working though. Im not sure what the problem is, thankyou for your help...

ive had the same problem too, ive had the phone about 4 months i charge my phone and after a bit or so it will drop down percentage wise. I took into store (EE) to see the about problem, they showed me a different way or charging it because they said my phonecase may of been putting pressure...
