OK - I have the answer (my daughter showed me) There is a narrow white bar at the center of the bottom of the magnifier window. (I was not there in the previous Android version). You can only drag the window if you drag this bar. It works!

I just got a software update to my Note 5. Like most "upgrades" it screwed up most of my settings. But most important, I have poor vision, so I use the magnifier window a lot. Until now, I could simply drag the window to anywhere I wanted on the screen. Now that window is stuck in the middle...

Triple tapping doesn't reopen the magnifier window. It's not mentioned in the manual and it doesn't work in practice. If you have magnification gestures on, triple tapping will open and close them.

Sometimes it's good to read the question that was sent. The problem with magnification gestures is that it magnifies the whole screen, which makes using it very clumsy. I prefer to use the magnifier window, but reopening it after closing it is a hassle. Does anyone know how to do this simply...
