I know i can get my annual upgrade, i meant i just can't get it at BB. I'll call them today and ask to make sure. I'll report back if i hear different.

Well i'm glad i came across this thread... I pre-ordered on the 26th but from what you guys are saying I won't be able to use my early upgrade! That sucks! For the guys that were asking about the early upgrades you have to have been under contract for one year plus have had 3 consecutive months...
