Yes I have tried power/up for 10 seconds, power/down for 10 seconds, and 3 button for 2 mins. On power/up it powers off and restarts, I get the intro music but no display.

I recently acquired a M8 with a perpetual black screen. The charge light works, but everything else is externally dead. I can power up the device and hear the intro music, and can use Sync to retrieve data, even take screen shots and import them to see where I am. I am at a loss on how to...
