I have the VS980 / Verizon variant. I tried the Cloudy 1.0 Rom before. I liked it but it was sluggish at times. I dirty flashed it. I am back at stock. My question is I'm now on the latest VZW SW release. Will this rom STILL work with the G2?

I too tried this and got the ODIN screen. I've had only Motorola phones for the last 3+ years. The only reason I knew anything ABOUT Odin methods was I had a Samsung Continuum for a bit and messed with flashing with Odin. Nevertheless I ended up flashing VRUAME7 via odin to restore the phone...

I have a Motorola Maxx HD and a Bionic and they both have been flashed to stock. I've done everything. Flashed the FXZ to the phone AND the JB update file. The phone ISN'T rooted. I unrooted prior to flashing. I need to get the phone to check for root and show a NOT ROOTED (in programming menu)...

Like HTC phones. The Continuum also uses a sliding down (albeit a bit smaller) to answer. I have problems with these screens as they pocket answer as a call comes in and I pull the phone from my pocket. I have my phone rooted. But I need to know if there is an app. Paid or free. Rooted or not...

I'm wondering if the Continuum is dead in the water at 2.1? It has the SAMOLED display and 720p Video Recording. Why it's been abandoned is beyond me.
