I checked online and there is only a tracking number for one phone. When I asked Sprint they said the color hasn't been received from the manufacturer yet. But when I asked why other people who order the same one after my order have their tracking numbers already they said the order is on hold...

I have received my tracking number for one of the two phones I ordered. It sounds like everyone who ordered one already has. Sprint is no help in the matter. The only thing I can think of is they are different colors and maybe they are out of the gray.
