I have issues with Wifi on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 as well. Very annoying. All the time the connection drops. The issue disappears when I disable Samsung Sidesync. Disabling is the only thing I can do with the app, uninstalling is not possible. And the app SideSync re-enables itself...
