So they put out an update and ice had nothing but roaming and like my phone not wanting to load or do anything

So I'm having problems again. Things saying I have no connection when I do. Not wanting to load. I'm going to call best buy tomorrow I just want to switch to a new phone because at this point I think it's the phone not sprint. My battery is horrible prolly cause it's always trying to load...

I heard it was a sprint issue. So the only trouble I've had been slower is the SiriusXM app. But that's prolly cause the app sucks

So I did the update and the only thing I've done so far is load this page and it already loaded way faster than before. So instead of using wifi at home I'm gonna see if it works fine now. I just got off work so I will have more time now. But so far it seems already faster.

Yeah I read something like that supposedly theres a update coming out today. But how do I really know it's not just a crappy phone I got. And I only have so many days to return it so they need to hurry with this update so I can see if that's the problem or not. Shouldn't they have tested this...

Like websites says it cant load or takes a couple minutes to load the whole page. Or like I'll use some apps and it will not load or takes a few minutes to load them with perfect signal. Sometimes it will tell me it cant load pages or apps because I have no connection but I have 5 bars so it...

So I guess I'm the only one having troubles with things loading still? I love this phone but if I'm not on wifi nothing wants to load even with 5 bars.
