You've heard wrong. Yesterday my phone went from 6am to 10pm with 7hours of screen time. It's been phenomenal. The #1 freeing thing is being able to use your phone all day, doing whatever you want, as much as you want and not worrying about the battery AT ALL. Posted via Android Central App

At this point I tried 7 times, then I factory reset my phone and have tried an additional 6 times. No problem with the spark update. Very dissapointed. By the way, thanks everyone for all the help.

Same here. It tells me to hit the button to reboot, our little Android robot pops up and appears to be installing the update and then it reboots back into 4.2.2. The time of installing the update seems awfully quick though. Maybe 20 seconds. Then when it reboots there is no optimizing of apps...
