Okay. So just a few hours ago I posted that I got the new phone and it was working great. (Replacement for my others buttons not working) Didn't drop it, touch it, move it, look at it wrong....NOTHING. JUST sitting on the counter charging. Tap screen. Type in passcode.....screen goes black LED...

Long story short. Buttons stopped working on my g3...took it to store. Rep and I agreed we shouldn't turn it off cuz buttons. We tried resetting phone, taking out battery etc etc... Got replacement phone today. Realized I forgot something on the old phone...popped battery in. Hit button for fun...

Yeah. I did say that. But like I said...I have it in a case....otter box...lifeprof whatever it's called all I know is when I bought it is supposed to be shockproof. And the furthest it's ever dropped was from like a couch to a floor. But like I said. It has not been dropped in the past...like...
