Been having this same issue since moving from my S9+. Turns out you can double tap any part of the screen and it will unlock. You can also lift up towards your face and it will unlock. If it still fails, you can always press the damn button. edit: no security here.

my pre-order wasn't shrink-wrapped

they would not let me do the trade-in in store because i bought from bb.com. I was directed to vzw/tradein to start it. i had activation issues and was on the phone with vzw and they told me they are honoring this promotion even if it was bought through best buy. she said i will see only $120...

Was looking into trading in my S7+. Turns out the promo only applies at Best Buy in-store, not thru Verizon. Does anyone have any experience trading in at Best Buy? Does the box need to be complete? Other advice when picking up pre-order and trading in at the same time?

My preorder still says processing. I had setup for pick up at a local store. I'm wondering now if they will be doing the activation in-store rather than pre-activating it prior to shipment to the store.

afaik samsung did not support mirrorlink. i did see the option come up now with Nougat. wonder if it works now.

pull the notification bar down. below it is notification settings. u can click on the all apps, or select only the apps u wish to receive notifications for.

my way around this is to go into developer options, turn on keep screen on while charging. plug an external battery and its game on.

too little too late. loved the display. samsung still has a long way to go with fitness apps and watches.

yes my fitbit was wildly inaccurate with stairs. once there was a thunderstorm outside while i was on the threadmill and it kept counting stairs like no tomorrow. my garmin is also buggy as hell with the stairs so its just a common problem for all of them.

yeah would like to know this as well, besides the 10 minute screen on time, or keep awake while charging, which is not plausible when walking around.
