I wiped all the cache i could wipe. Nothing was helpful. The only thing that cleared the unknown files was factory reset. Thank you guys for your time anyway. :)

About 38. In most cases app are lightweight. Like IDEs (python, js), file managers etc. only one big app is Messeger, but i know that it's demanding app.

Thanks for reply. I downloaded DiskUsage and tried that, root folder was ok and eve emulated/0 storage was ok. Only thing i found was a lot of linked files, which is just linked files, not real storage eating files. So i think this needs to be software issue, so i am just gonna backup my files...
