I have never tried to plug the phone in when I am using Nav. Perhaps I should try that before taking the phone back to Sprint. Thanks

Yes. As of now, this only happens with Navigation.

When using the preloaded Navigation app on my phone, I find that it overheats and shuts itself off. Is this normal or is something wrong with my phone. I have had the phone for 11 months and did not have this problem before. I used to be able to get to my destination with out the phone...
