Sorry I guess it wasn't clear. On my Samsung tablet, there is an option to disable the taskbar. I disable it, and I never see it and its like it doesnt even exist. On my Lenovo tablet, there is no option to disable it. Like you said, I can hide it - however it glitches and comes back...

For me at least, the problem is that the taskbar comes by itself. If I enter split screen mode it comes back. If I havent used the tablet for a while and open an app, it comes back. If I expand the notification quick panel, it comes back. I wouldn't have any issues if it stay hidden when I hid...

Not sure if this will help you guys but I was having the same issue and this seems to have fixed it for me. Settings > App Manager > All > Camera > Clear Cache Sometimes I have to do this over and over again though (ie it isnt a permanent fix)
