In safe mode it was okay...so i went back to regular mode where it renewed and i removed all of the apps that I added since the prob lem started...but still no luck

Thanks for your speedy repsonse. I am a bit goofy ...and only just found it. I have just gone into Safe Mode and will get back after a few hours of seeing how it goes....Is there something I should do? (like test while I am in the mode? or just see if the trouble persists?) Many thanks Yigal
