The phone won't start.. I'm trying to get the serial number from the original box or from the back of the device somewhere. I can boot into recovery mode, download mode though. Thank you.

I have a Verizon Note 5 (SM-N920V) and the phone won't start (different story). I have installed Smart Switch on my PC and it's asking for the serial number. I do have the original box but it's not on there. I checked the back of the device and it ain't there either. Where do I find it?

underway99, I did try wiping out the cache but it still has no effect. You mentioned I should take a backup when going thru the ODIN route. How do backup if my phone is stuck in this mode? I've ordered an OTG cable so I plugin a physical keyboard. That is my last option. If that doesn't work...
