    [GALAXY S4] Help with 'disabled by administrator encryption policy, or credential storage'

    First go to Settings > Security > Device Administrators. Deactivate all programs there. then go back to Security and click clear credentials at the bottom of the page. That is what worked for me after using AirDroid.
