I would like to use a usb wifi stick with my otg cable, to give my wifi a bit of reach (with extension cable). Is there any way to get my nexus to see and use it, like it can do with an ethernet adapter? Is there a universal driver or something? Novice here. Thanks!

I noticed someone said his ethernet adapter would be automatically shut down when the screen went off, and wondered if this is also true for the bobj adapter, which seems to be the one to get. I want to run long downloads via ethernet without the screen on, to save battery, of course. Anyone...

I cant clear the default app choices. The button to do so in each individual app is grayed out, and the clear all app prefs in the upper right triple dot thing dont do it either. Defaults are still being used after i tried it several timea. Any ideas?

I read up a lot about how to best treat the battery re. Charging, but am still not clear about one thing: Is it better to have the nexus plugged in and topped off while actively using it, or to charge it fully, then run off the battery a while? I understand it's bad to leave it on the charger...
