Okay, so I ran a malware scan with norton and it didn't find anything. I don't know if it's the play store or if it's Google Play Services or if it's something else important with my phone, but I'm still having the same issue.

Come to think of it, I did install an app yesterday, but I didn't notice this until I uninstalled it. I'll see what Norton says if it finds anything out of the ordinary.
