That's probably not a bug, but most likely the Sprint Connection Optimizer trying to get the phone at the "best data connection" state. I personally turned it off since I like to take control of the data myself and the notification bar control buttons do a great job at that already. :)

Yes, I did the update via adb. Lol I tried the facto ry rest and now my phone hanged on a blue screen that says: "Enter fast boot" twice and "long time no see". I am afraid I soft bricked the phone XD. I guess factorytresets are not supported with the manual adb update?
